Dear Clients and Friends,
First established in the 1980’s by owner and broker Lee DeVore, DeVore and Associates has made Twin Falls home since July of 1995. A small agency by choice, we are known for a commitment to personalized client care, superior communication, and a practice of giving back to our clients and community.
In the spirit of giving back, DeVore and Associates secured an exclusive partnership with Heroes Home Advantage, a nationwide organization allowing active or retired military, active, retired or former law enforcement, fire service, education or medical professionals to receive 25% cash back on the brokerage fee received by our firm, whether buying
or selling a home. Call to see if you qualify, you might be surprised. Since its inception in 2015, DeVore and Associates has given back over $170,486 to families in our communities, through the Heroes Home Advantage program. We are the Number One real estate firm nationwide in giving back to our heroes through the Heroes Home Advantage Program. We are proud to support these heroes who serve and sacrifice for our country and community.
Giving back is not something we do, it’s who we are. All of our dedicated agents come from a background of
service. Broker, Lee DeVore retired as Police Chief of Twin Falls after a 40-year career in law enforcement. In addition to
his law enforcement career, Lee has over 40 years’ experience in the real estate industry, serving as past President of the
local Realtor’s Association and was selected as the Realtor of the Year for 2015. With wife Barbara managing the office
details, and daughter Wendy Enneman managing the files, they bring a wealth of leadership and knowledge. Their
integrity and no-nonsense approach endear them to both clients and industry professionals alike.
Associate Broker, Mark and his wife, Mary Kay Nelson moved their family to Twin Falls after Mark retired as the Fire
Chief for the City of Visalia, California. Mary Kay is a former teacher and Mark’s partner in the real estate business. Her
license is currently inactive, but she is knowledgeable and helps Mark with anything not requiring a license. They are
dedicated to negotiating the best price for their clients and making the home buying experience a celebrated milestone.
Mark has quickly become the number one agent in the firm, primarily through his communications skills, integrity and in
the spirit of giving back to the community. He is in the top 50 agents in the Western Magic Valley Association of Realtors.
